Teachers' Continuing Education Institution is a public establishment for the continuing education of teachers with a local range. It is run by the City of Gdańsk under the pedagogical supervision of educational authority.

We organize and conduct: in-service trainings, workshops, conferences and seminars, individual consultations for teachers and school management staff. We are an institution which conducts advisory service and methodological counselling in different subjects and fields of pedagogical work. We support teachers in executing tasks connected with the reform of the education system and decisions of development strategy of the City of Gdańsk in the education area.

We cooperate with higher schools of Tricity in the field of completing and improving teachers' professional education. We provide qualified staff, up-to-date teaching base and high quality of educational service.

Besides training activity we conduct activities in the field of popularization the knowledge connected with European educational projects as well as we actively participate in them. We implement all of our actions according to ISO standard 9001: 2008.
